Every travel agency listed on Trip is verified by the admin team. Business registration, contact details, and service history are checked. Unverified agencies cannot list packages.
2. Package Authenticity
Every package has clearly listed descriptions, inclusions, and pricing. Hidden charges are prohibited. If package details change, booked travelers are notified.
3. Photo Standards
Agencies must use authentic photos. Packages using stock photos or heavily edited images are removed. Travelers see the real experience they will get.
4. Refund Policy
Full refund available if cancelled 7 days before travel. 50% refund within 3-7 days. If the agency cancels, full refund is guaranteed. The platform mediates disputes.
5. Group Travel Safety
Group tours must maintain minimum safety standards. Emergency contact numbers must be provided. Agencies must keep traveler insurance information.
6. Complaints & Reporting
Report any complaint about an agency or package directly. Our team investigates within 48 hours. Serious violations result in agency account suspension.
7. Privacy Protection
Your booking details are visible only to the relevant agency. Personal information is not shared with third parties. Payment data is encrypted.
8. Trip vs Ride
Trip is a full travel package marketplace — agency, hotel, meals all included. Ride is point-to-point vehicle rental. Two separate services with separate safety standards.
